This is my uncle's little pitbull Annabell "Peanut" (Anni for short).
SHE. IS. ADORABLE. O______O
She was a bit of a wild child, but and absolutely wonderful dog
Unfortunately she developed a dog agression complex and started attacking my uncle's other dog, Decaf (who is a pit/shepherd mix) as well as any other dog she saw or heard.
Needless to say they tried to train Anni and Decaf to get along but it was too hard.
As a puppy Anni was great and playful with Decaf, but as she got older I suppose the domination factor came into play and yeah, it can sometimes happen.
Anyway, my uncle and aunt were about to have a baby and with that happening they couldn't risk having Anni around with her being so unpredictable and not having the time to train her properly, so they gave Anni away to someone who could care for and train her properly.
This pic was taken back in 2010 when Anni was barely 1 year old, but it's still one of my absolute favourites because it showcases such a wonderful part of the Pitbull. The calm, sweet, and lovable temperament ALL these dogs have.
I am happy to inform that Anni is doing very well and has a brother too! I don't know his name but the two of them get along very well in their new homes.
Anni still harbors dog aggression but as far as I know she's being weaned of it slowly, one day at a time.
Pitbulls are amazing dogs and I honestly have NEVER met one that didn't love people unless it was mistreated, and even then, with patience and understanding they can return to being wonderful people loving dogs.
I just had to get this picture of her up again
